Sources & Methodology:
- Data comes from UC Berkeley's data warehouse reporting system, Cal Answers, using end-of-term (EOT) snapshots.
Notes:
- The student credit hours (SCH) shown are in primary sections, for Fall and Spring terms.
- The "Regular Faculty" instructor type includes ladder-rank faculty and lecturers with security of appointment. "Other Faculty" includes lecturers and adjunct professors.
- SCH by Credited Department, based on data from the Cal Answers Departmental Teaching Workload dashboard, attributes SCH, in most cases, to the unit that pays the instructor, regardless of the department under which the course was listed.
