| Cal Profiles |
Cal Profiles is a web-accessible database containing several hundred institutional data elements for each of the units on the UC Berkeley campus. It contains both academic data, beginning in 1993-94, and financial data, beginning in 1994-95. Cal Profiles allows you to download data for further analysis and includes an integrated charting feature. You must have a valid CalNet ID in order to access the Cal Profiles website. |

Cal Profiles Plus is a set of web-based applications through which you can view and chart selected academic data in more detail (e.g., by semester rather than academic year) than is available through the original Cal Profiles website. |

| Common Data Set |
Each year numerous publishers of college guides and other information on colleges send lengthy surveys to colleges and universities. In an effort to standardize and reduce the amount of paperwork required, publishers and the educational community have collaborated to produce this common format for much of the data requested. |
