If you have a CalNet ID, the Cal Profiles link on that page gives you access to the largest set of web-accessible UC Berkeley institutional data available for all campus units. All other links on the "Campus Statistics" page are publicly accessible. In particular, you might want to try Cal Profiles Plus (semester data for academic units), Common Data Set (answers to frequently asked survey questions), the Cal Stats brochure (general high-level statistics), and any of several Office of Student Research sites.
